As Chief Financial Officer, Jason oversees all of Borden’s financial operations and leads the company’s financial strategy for growth.
Jason has more than 20 years of experience as a finance leader in the consumer products, technology and industrial sectors. Before joining Borden, Jason served as VP Finance/Group CFO at Celanese Corporation. Previously, Jason was VP & Treasurer at Arrow Electronics and held a variety of finance leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark. During his 16 years at Kimberly-Clark, Jason managed the company’s corporate finance function in the U.S., Europe, Australia and South Asia and was CFO for Latin America.
Jason graduated from Knox College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
