Instructions
  1. Sprinkle chopped apples with sugar from sugar shaker, microwave for about 3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Stir together milk, butter/oil, and eggs.
  3. In a separate bowl, use an electric hand mixer to mix together baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the wet ingredients and combine using a wire whisk or fork.
  4. Mix in flour just until there are no dry chunks.
  5. Lightly stir in the apple.
  6. Fill muffin pan about ¾ with the mixture. You could also use foil muffin liners on a baking pan if you don’t have a muffin pan!
  7. If you want, you can sprinkle some cinnamon or cinnamon sugar on the tops of the muffins; it adds a nice touch.
  8. Bake at 400° for about 20-30 minutes.
  9. Take out, let cool for about 5 minutes, and enjoy!
