Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together Borden Dairy Milk, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix; it's okay if there are a few lumps.
  5. Fill Muffin Tins: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean
  7. Cool and Serve: Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
