Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep cupcake pan with liners.
- Combine flour, salt, baking powder – whisk together and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat Borden Premium Heavy Whipping Cream until fluffy peaks form. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla extract, then carefully add the flour mixture to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Spoon batter into liners, filling the cups halfway.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes and cool cupcakes on a wire rack. Top with your favorite frosting and enjoy.
